Composite Deck Builder in Southern NH
We build low-maintenance composite decks that hold up through NH winters. Fully insured in MA & NH, based right here in southern NH. Free estimates, no pressure.
What We Build
Decks, railings, pergolas, and steel & composite framing. We build what you need, keep it on budget, and give you a straight quote before anything starts.

We install Eva Last, Deckorators, and Wear Decking. Premium boards built to last. No staining, no sealing, and they hold up through NH winters for decades.

Cable, aluminum, glass panel, and composite railings that look great and meet NH building codes. We help you pick what works for your deck and your budget.

Add shade and usable space to your yard with a custom pergola or full outdoor room build. Built for New England weather, not just the summer months.

We stopped using pressure-treated wood for framing. Fortress steel frame and Owens Corning structural framing both carry a minimum 25-year warranty and hold up better through NH winters than wood ever will.
Why Composite?
NH winters are rough. Wood warps, splinters, and needs work every year. Composite holds up without the upkeep.
Get Free EstimateNo staining, sealing, or painting. Ever. Hose it off once in a while and it looks the same as day one.
Composite boards go through freeze-thaw cycles without warping, cracking, or soaking up water the way wood does.
The brands we install carry 25 to 50 year warranties on materials, color, and stain resistance. They are transferable, so your home's resale value goes up too.
Built from recycled wood fibers and plastic. Good for the environment and better than cutting new lumber.
A composite deck returns 65 to 75 percent of its cost when you sell. A beat-up wood deck does the opposite.

What Homeowners Say
Don't take our word for it. Here's what customers are saying on Google.
I hired Jim to update and expand an existing deck on my house. Jim was very professional and came to take a look at the existing deck he found a few structural problems that if not found could have been extremely dangerous. He was able to give me an affordable and fair quote and we proceeded with the project. Jim's work is great, his attention to detail exceeded all expectations and the final product was amazing!! He was clean and helpful with questions I had during the renovation.
Jim was a professional and did a great job. My wife and I are perfectionist and we couldn't be more satisfied for the work he did. This is a before and after pic. He took down our wooden deck and replaced it with composite wood and added lights on the poles. We will def be recommending him to anyone who's up for an upgraded deck. Thanks Jim.
I had the pleasure of hiring Jim to do a massive renovation to our back deck that we could enjoy throughout the year. The initial consultation with Jim was extremely thorough and he made sure we were comfortable with all the design choices and options that were available to us. Before we made our deposit, Jim had a highly detailed rendering of what new outdoor space would look like so we truly understood what the end result would be.

Straight answers about composite decking, cost, and how we work.
Most composite deck projects in southern NH run between $85 and $100 per square foot installed. A typical 400 sq ft deck falls somewhere between $34,000 and $40,000 depending on materials, height, stairs, and railing. Premium boards from Eva Last or Deckorators cost more than entry-level options, but they carry longer warranties and hold up better over time. We give you a free written estimate so you know the full number before anything starts.
Composite is made from wood fibers and recycled plastic. It doesn't need staining, sealing, or painting and it holds up against rot, mold, and moisture. Pressure-treated wood is cheaper upfront but needs maintenance every year or two and will warp and splinter over time. Once you factor in the upkeep costs, composite usually comes out ahead after 10 to 15 years.
The brands we install, Eva Last, Deckorators, and Wear Decking, carry warranties ranging from 25 to 50 years on materials, fading, and staining. The boards are built for cold climates and handle freeze-thaw cycles without absorbing water the way wood does. Warranties are also transferable, which adds resale value when you sell your home.
Yes, in most NH towns you need a permit for any deck attached to the house or more than 30 inches off the ground. Requirements vary by town. We handle all of that for you. We pull the permits, submit the drawings, and make sure everything meets local code. You don't have to deal with the town office.
We install Eva Last, Deckorators, and Wear Decking by Owens Corning. Eva Last is a bamboo fiberglass PVC composite, Deckorators uses a mineral-based board, and Wear Decking is a marine-grade option. Each has different price points and looks. We'll walk you through the options during the estimate. We are also a certified pro or listed installer for Eva Last, Deckorators, and Fortress, which means we are held to higher installation standards.
Once we have the permit approved, most builds take 1 to 3 weeks depending on size. From your first call to the day we start, plan for 2 to 6 weeks to cover the estimate, permitting, and material lead times. We build April through November mostly, but off-season jobs are possible depending on the scope and weather.
We cover all of southern NH including Nashua, Manchester, Concord, Derry, Londonderry, Merrimack, Bedford, Hudson, Milford, Amherst, Windham, Salem, Pelham, Hollis, Goffstown, Hooksett, Bow, Weare, and the towns around them.
